UTAH

This last weekend we decided to suprise my mom for her birthday this week and spend the weekend with them. It was tons of fun! We played outside on Friday night after we got there until really late.

 On Sat. we decided that we would go to the Zoo. It was crazy getting there with all the traffic and construction, but once we got there it was fun. Malaki loved seeing most of the animals. There were some little monkeys in one of the exhibits and Malaki saw that one was eating something, so Malaki wanted to be nice and share some of his crackers with the cute monkey. It was so cute watching him try to feed it to him through the glass. Malaki of course gave up and ate the cracker himself, but what a sweet boy to share. After seeing all the animals Malaki went over to Josh and told him that he was all done and wanted to go home. He was so good the entire time.

 That evening we played cards and Josh and I went for a bike ride. It was lot's of fun! I have not ridden a bike since my mission which has been five years. I was really out of shape trying to jump the curb. It was a great weekend spenting time with my sisters and parents. Happy B-Day mom hope you had fun!

On the way home on Sunday we decided to stop in Blackfoot and have a little picnic and play at the lake. We have always wanted to do this, but never seemed to have the time. Malaki and Josh had a lot of fun tossing rocks into the lake. I think Malaki could have stayed  there all day playing. He is such a water bug!
