Josh and I are are planning on going on a trip in a few weeks. We are going to be leaving Malaki with Josh's parents, right now i'm feeling pretty sorry for them with Malaki teething. He has been so horrible the last week. He has been running a fever of 102.7 and crying non stop. This has happened before so we know his routine. I feel bad for the little guy, because he has been getting 4 or 5 teeth in at a time. I'm so glad it will be over soon.
Meanwhile I have been doing a lot of fun things with my boys. We went to a place called Joe's Place the other day. They have rides for the kids and games to play. Malaki loved the tractor ride. He was so cute! Watching him with a huge smile on his face as it went back and forth. When the ride stopped he of course freaked out. They have a play pin there for the kids Malaki had lots of fun with the other kids.
Playing at the park was fun. We have been going to Idaho falls and having pinic's with our friends and letting the kids play. Josh and Malaki go down the slide about fifty times. Malaki doesn't want any help getting up and down so we have to pretend we want to go aslo to make sure he is ok.
Josh's mom called us and needed help with the graden and picking apples off the trees. Josh got out a ladder and climbed up it to get the ones high in the apple tree, Malaki wanted to be right next to Josh so he climbed up the ladder and scared me to death. He got pretty far without any help. Our child has no fear and freaks me out all the time. The great thing about him is he has had pretty good luck with not getting hurt.
Malaki has been helping me do house work also. I hate doing the laundry and he loves it so, I let him put in all the clothes then help him up to put the soap in. He learned the buttons to push on the microwave and the washer when he was about ten months so he pushes start. He of course makes tons of messes all the time, but loves to try and help me clean. I am grateful he likes to try and be helpful.
Malaki helping me out!
He was mad I would get his ball and play.
Now he was really mad I wasn't giving in and playing with him.
Fun things to look forward to are going to the state fair. Josh has always taken me since we have been married for my b-day. We go around and see all the animals and other stands people have up. We eat dinner and go to one of the events that they have that night. I have loved doing this every year. I'm excited to take Malaki this year.
Next is the trip Josh and I will take together. We have got to narrow it down. We have been thinking Las Vegas, OR, or taking some four wheelers and going camping at Bear Lake. Any of them sound fun to me, but we have to see what would keep us busy for five days without thinking we should just go home.
Well that is all for now. I'm feeling kinda bad, I asked Josh to watch a movie with me and I have not watched any of it so far. What a bad wife!
